Danielle M. Papa has the passion, dedication, experience to help you handle your pending criminal matter. Ms. Papa began her career as a Nassau County District Attorney where she served for 4 years under both Dennis Dillon and Kathleen Rice. It was at the Nassau County District Attorney that Ms. Papa gained knowledge and experience trying misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict. Ms. Papa worked closely with law enforcement in investigations and is thoroughly familiar with police investigations and tactics.
Prior to starting her own law firm, Ms. Papa was employed at the law firm of DerGarabedian and Dillon where she once again worked with former Nassau County District Attorney, Dennis Dillon. While at DerGarabedian and Dillon, Ms. Papa zealously represented and defended the rights of many clients who were charged with a variety of criminal offenses including – Murder, Assault, Burglary, Robbery, Criminal Sale and Possession of Controlled Substances, Driving While Intoxicated, Larceny.
Ms. Papa attended Providence College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts on 1998. In 1999, she went on to attend the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2002.
Ms. Papa is a active member of the Nassau County Bar Association as well as the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association.
